During this class, you'll taste five or six cheeses paired with wines, ciders and beers. You'll learn how to identify flavor notes in cheese, from nutty and buttery to earthy and fruity, and understand why each beverage complements those flavors. In the guided tasting, you'll also gain helpful language to describe the textures, aromas and flavor profiles of both the cheeses and beverages.
