During this cooking class, you'll craft two nourishing bowls designed to fuel your body, starting with the Superfood Bowl. This bowl comes with kale, sweet potatoes, chickpeas, beets red cabbage, cranberries and a zesty lemon-olive oil dressing. Next, you'll make a Mediterranean Bowl featuring quinoa, avocado, cucumbers, olives, homemade hummus, vegan tofu-feta and a fresh olive oil dressing. Book your spot now!

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be fun, social events. Feel free to purchase wine or beer at the venue to enjoy during the class.
