During this cooking class, you'll craft two nourishing bowls designed to fuel your body, starting with the Superfood Bowl. This bowl comes with kale, sweet potatoes, chickpeas, red cabbage, beets, cranberries and a zesty lemon-olive oil dressing. Next, you'll make a Mediterranean Bowl featuring quinoa, avocado, cucumbers, olives, homemade hummus, vegan tofu-feta and a fresh olive oil dressing. Book your spot now!

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be fun, social events. Feel free to purchase wine or beer at the venue to enjoy during the class.

Drawing from a deep knowledge of global cuisines and locally grown produce, Chef Maggie crafts creative plant-based menus to inspire student cooks. Having previously worked at a yoga and wellness retreat and as a sous chef at a vegan restaurant, the chef infuses her creations with an appreciation for ingredients elevated by expert technique. Chef Maggie ignites the passion in students of all levels who are interested in exploring the exciting possibilities of plant-based cuisine.
