Begin the class by preparing a savory bánh mì with a well-seasoned pork belly. Top off the sandwich with cucumber, jalapeños, carrots and cilantro. Next, discover the secrets to make the perfect phở. Simmer chicken, bean sprouts, basil and jalapeños into an aromatic broth before adding in rice noodles, hoisin sauce and sriracha to deepen the flavor. Then, make a fresh shrimp salad roll, a sandwich layered with lettuce, cucumber, carrots, vermicelli and shrimp. Prepare a tamarind sauce for dipping. I have been wanting to learn about sous vide for a long time. In fact, my husband and I are now looking at purchasing a sous vide and vacuum sealer! I recommend Chef Ricky for this class and others. I’m hoping to do a sushi class with him next. The food was delicious and the best part is I learned how to make it! Chef Ricky keeps you engaged in the process step by step and very entertaining with his knowledge of food and cooking. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

Best date night experience ever! Chef Ricky is great!! He gives a little history behind the why while explaining the how’s and really makes sure you’re comfortable with the tasks. Highly recommended
