What You’ll Do

Chef Gustavo is ready to share his love and knowledge of Peruvian culture and cuisine with you. Using traditional techniques, you'll learn to create classic Peruvian tapas using authentic ingredients such as fresh fish, octopus, potatoes and other hearty vegetables. Selections include a light and citrusy ceviche de pescado, pulpo al olivo with Kalamata olive aioli, a cheesy papa a la huancaína and a savory lomo saltado with flank steak, tomato and garlic.

He brings international inspiration from his travels through Latin America, France, Spain and the Caribbean. Chef Gustavo studied at the prestigious L'Academie de Cuisine and is available to teach cooking classes in both English and Spanish.

As a self-proclaimed foodie or Hispanic heritage - I had high expectations, and Chef Gustavo did not disappoint. Not only was the food orgasmically AMAZING but it was an evening filled with great conversation about culture, history, and so much more! The laughs were not scarce thanks to Chef Gustavo. I can't wait to do this again.
