This immersive cooking class with Chef Stephen will bring out your inner sushi chef!

Under the guidance of Chef Stephen, you'll learn how to craft an authentic sushi roll from scratch. Begin the class by learning the secret to making the perfect sticky sushi rice seasoned with rice wine vinegar. Then, improve your knife skills and learn the proper method to julienne your vegetables. You'll also learn the technique to cut and season sushi-grade fish. Begin assembling your sushi by spreading the rice onto nori sheets and layer the fish and vegetables. Master the technique of rolling sushi with a mat before slicing your rolls. Serve pickled ginger and wasabi on the side and enjoy your homemade spicy tuna rolls.

sugar, soy sauce, pickled ginger, wasabi, sesame chili oil and sesame seeds

Chef Stephen was awesome! We learned a lot about the different ingredients and how to best prepare everything for sushi. The class was casual and he was warm and welcoming in a way that made the group feel like friends and not strangers. Highly recommend his classes!

Very useful that we got the recipe but also detailed cooking tips. even tho the class size was around 20 there was ample opportunity to participate in prep work.

My husband and I had such a wonderful time cooking and learning with Chef Stephen! The pesto gnocchi was absolutely delicious and we even had some leftover pesto we got to bring home! Also loved the location as we were able to buy some drinks as we cooked. Highly recommend!

Steve brought the flavors of New England to life with a menu that included clam chowder, steamed clams, and lobster rolls—each dish was delicious and beautifully presented. Steve was also incredibly professional, taking the time to discuss my preferences and develop a great menu that was within my budget.
