This experience with Chef Benoit exceeded my expectations! Chef was patient, skilled and knowledgeable as he guided us through the process of creating 3 distinct and delicious desserts. His hospitality and enthusiasm heightened the experience and I look forward to returning for future classes. I highly recommend this experience!

Chef B is nothing short of AMAZING. He is very kind, hospitable, and knowledgeable. My gf and I have both returned to the area and look for opportunities to bond and try new experiences, this was a treat! We were guided through 3 dessert dishes from start to finish in less than 2 hours. I recommend this class to anyone who loves pastries, sweet things, and wants an intimate atmosphere to relax and learn. I’ll be back to take another class with him soon! I hope you will give him a try!
