Let world-class Chef Theresa guide you through a playful lesson on crafting classic kimchi banchan, kimchi jjigae (a type of stew), kimchi fried rice and a sweet rice punch called sikhye. Work with fresh ingredients like cucumber, radish, garlic, napa cabbage, chili paste, onion, soy sauce and pine nuts to create delectable dishes.

With napa cabbage, cucumber, radish, chili flakes, garlic, sugar, chives, ginger, onion and fish sauce

Kimchi Jjigae (Kimchi Stew)

With kimchi, chili paste, chili flakes, garlic, onion, soy sauce, tofu, salt and pepper

Kimchi Fried Rice

With white rice, kimchi, onions, garlic, salt and pepper

Sikhye (Sweet Rice Punch)

With rice, water, sugar, barley malt powder and pine nuts
