Chef Matt is an excellent host and instructor! He not only taught us how to prepare the tastiest paella I've ever had, but also taught us a lot of tricks to use in the kitchen, which I will definitely use in the future (like perfectly slicing tomatoes using two plates). He obviously knows his stuff, and was just a fun and friendly guy with lots of cool stories to share!
