Cooking Class: Sushi and Pot Stickers from Scratch

Explore the traditional techniques for crafting an exciting sushi dinner in this hand-on cooking class, courtesy of Chef Kevin. You'll prepare a veritable feast of Asian classics you'll be proud to serve and enjoy! This lesson begins with homemade pot stickers featuring dough you'll make from scratch, stuffed with tender chicken and crispy shredded cabbage. Then, master new knife skills as you work on authentic nigiri and maki rolls featuring pitch perfect rice and slices of melt-in-your-mouth fish. And for dessert, fry some crispy wontons flavored with red bean paste and strawberry sauce.

Chef Kevin was wonderful and did a great job showing us how to make delicious Paella, but also explaining the reasoning for his steps. He was energetic and uplifting and highly recommended his class!
