This hands-on cooking class from Chef Dre is your ticket to delicious ramen prepared with a gourmet touch. You'll learn how easy it is to cook up your own soothing version and leave the packaged noodles on the shelf!

Your lesson begins with a session in a savory soup base featuring soy sauce and stock seasoned with aromatics like warm ginger and zesty garlic. Then, assemble the fixings for a chicken shoyu ramen chock full of tender chicken, fluffy eggs, silky ramen noodles and traditional vegetables.
