Chef Andy's recipe is tender and chewy, and he'll share his secrets for creating perfect flour tortillas from scratch. Then you'll fill those fresh tortillas with your choice of meat or vegetables. You'll also learn to make creamy, spicy elote corn and finish off the meal by preparing cinnamon-spiced churros.

Chef Andy was great and patient. He made us feel at ease making the pizza and he also provided a few helpful cooking tips throughout the way. We would definitely take another class from him.
