We had the best experience with Chef Damon. Him and his beautiful wife were informative, friendly and an absolute joy to learn from. The recipes he taught us were delectable and we cannot wait to try them from home. We will most definitely be booking another cooking class with him.

I had such a wonderful time at the Italian Favorites cooking class! We made delicious dishes completely from scratch, and everything turned out amazing. The atmosphere was so fun — good food, good music, and even better company. The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy to follow. I left with new skills, a full stomach, and great memories. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, hands-on night out!

We had a great experience learning from Chef Damon. Not only were the results of our efforts utterly delicious, but Chef Damon was also a gracious host and shared lots of wisdom we could apply to making dishes of all kinds throughout the evening. I couldn't recommend his class more!
