Bring Mediterranean comfort food into your kitchen with this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Damon.
You’ll kick things off by turning chickpeas into perfectly crisp falafel and serving them with warm pita and homemade hummus. For your main dish, choose between chicken souvlaki served over jasmine rice with toasted pine nuts or savory gyros loaded with tomato, lettuce and red onion. To cap things off, you’ll make traditional kataifi baklava, stacking flaky phyllo with honey and pistachios for a sweet, crunchy finish. Book your spot today!

Chef Damon is a seasoned epicurean with years of experience as an executive chef and cooking instructor. Trained in classic French culinary techniques and holding two culinary degrees, he has four medals from the American Culinary Federation for professional competitions. With a track record of successfully launching restaurants and owning an eco-friendly catering business, Chef Damon combines culinary expertise with a passion for sustainable practices.
