Cooking Class: Japanese Sushi Feast
Make miso soup, sushi rolls and homemade mochi in this fun, hands-on Japanese cooking class.
You’ll kick things off by simmering a comforting miso soup with tofu and green onions. Then, it’s time to get rolling. You’ll make California rolls, spicy tuna rolls and veggie rolls while picking up knife skills and learning how to prepare perfectly seasoned sushi rice. Chef Damon will show you how to layer fresh ingredients on nori sheets and roll everything tightly so your sushi looks clean and professional. For dessert, you’ll switch things up with homemade mochi using sweet rice dough and ice cream in the center. Book your spot today!

We had the best experience with Chef Damon. Him and his beautiful wife were informative, friendly and an absolute joy to learn from. The recipes he taught us were delectable and we cannot wait to try them from home. We will most definitely be booking another cooking class with him. Thank you Chef! Chris and Diana
