To start the class, you'll whip up a savory ground beef filling seasoned with chilies to make homemade empanadas in a flaky crust. Serve with a flavorful chipotle crème. Next, whip up grilled cilantro lime steak and a chipotle chicken as the fillings for street tacos. Then, top with mango salsa, pickled red onion, cotija cheese and fresh cilantro. Grill corn and top with crema, cotija, lime and cilantro to make a Mexican street corn. Finally, end the class with sweet churros fried until golden brown, coated in cinnamon sugar and served with a rich chocolate sauce. We had the best experience with Chef Damon. Him and his beautiful wife were informative, friendly and an absolute joy to learn from. I had such a wonderful time at the Italian Favorites cooking class! We made delicious dishes completely from scratch, and everything turned out amazing. The atmosphere was so fun — good food, good music, and even better company. The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy to follow. I left with new skills, a full stomach, and great memories. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, hands-on night out!
