To start the class, you'll whip up a savory ground beef filling seasoned with chilies to make homemade empanadas in a flaky crust. Serve with a flavorful chipotle crème. Next, whip up grilled cilantro lime steak and a chipotle chicken as the fillings for street tacos. Then, top with mango salsa, pickled red onion, cotija cheese and fresh cilantro.
