Chef Damon will share the recipes and techniques to make authentic Italian dishes from scratch in this cooking class!
Start the class by slicing crusty Italian bread and chopping fresh tomatoes, Cabrina chilies and basil. Then, top the crunchy bread with tomatoes, mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan for a refreshing bruschetta. Chef Damon was delightful and the food fantastic. We thought we would be participating more but it was a wonderful experience. Still waiting on the recipes as promised.

We had a great experience learning from Chef Damon. Not only were the results of our efforts utterly delicious, but Chef Damon was also a gracious host and shared lots of wisdom we could apply to making dishes of all kinds throughout the evening. I couldn't recommend his class more!
