Cooking Class: Hands-On Italian Pasta Night
Make bruschetta, fresh pasta with tomato-basil sauce and tiramisu in this Italian cooking class!
You’ll start by prepping a simple bruschetta, crispy bread topped with fresh tomato and basil for a bright, flavorful bite. Then it’s pasta time. You’ll mix flour, eggs and water to form dough, knead it to the right consistency and roll it out before cutting it into fettuccine or pappardelle. While your pasta cooks, you’ll pull together an aromatic tomato-basil sauce to serve with it. To finish, assemble a classic tiramisu with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone and a dusting of cacao. Book your spot today!

Trained in classic French culinary techniques and holding two culinary degrees, he has four medals from the American Culinary Federation for professional competitions. With a track record of successfully launching restaurants and owning an eco-friendly catering business, Chef Damon combines culinary expertise with a passion for sustainable practices.
