What You’ll Do

This hands-on session focuses less on traditional plating and more on fun presentation and shaping. You’ll create cute, character-style sushi such as onigiri shaped like cats and nigiri and sushi pieces designed as small kawaii animals. You’ll work with sushi rice, salmon, avocado, mango, nori, wasabi, soy sauce, mayo, spam, sesame seeds, tuna and green onion. All of this to craft and build playful, delicious bites.
