Start the class by learning the secrets to making the perfect seasoned sushi rice using rice vinegar, sugar and salt. Then, spread the sushi rice onto nori sheets to create salmon and torch-seared salmon nigiri served with gluten-free soy sauce. Craft a refreshing avocado salmon roll filled with avocado and cucumber and topped with sesame seeds. Plus, make a crispy shrimp tempura roll with cucumber and avocado. With nori sheets, sushi rice, shrimp, rice flour batter, cucumber, avocado and gluten-free soy sauce


Mochi Ice Cream

With sweet rice flour, sugar, cornstarch and ice cream

What an amazing experience. The entire evening was filled with great conversation and laughs, professional instruction on how to make our meal and the interactive nature of the class was so much fun!
