Fry spring rolls, sushi pizza, salmon rolls and croffles in this fun Japanese fusion cooking class.
You’ll learn how to prepare a lineup of crispy, creative dishes starting with golden vegetable spring rolls fresh from the fryer. Then craft a bold salmon sushi pizza layered with sweet crab, creamy avocado and spicy mayo for the perfect fusion bite. You’ll also make deep-fried smoked salmon rolls coated in crunchy panko for extra texture and flavor. To wrap up the experience, create a warm croffle using homemade croissant dough and finish it with a drizzle of maple syrup. Bring friends, a partner or anyone who loves Japanese cuisine and enjoy cooking dishes everyone will rave about!

After studying culinary arts in New Brunswick, Chef Paul began his luminous career as a professional chef specializing in Korean and Japanese food. He is a talented sushi chef and master of Korean BBQ, with a flair for crafting dishes that are both traditional yet delightfully modern. Chef Paul currently runs his own restaurant, but has also worked as a restaurant manager and private chef. Now, he's eager to share his knowledge and skill with you.
