Cooking Class: Fundamentals of Barbecue

Take your grilling skills to the next level in this backyard barbecue cooking class with Chef Logan. You'll learn the fundamentals of barbecuing, working with different temperatures and more. To practice your grilling skills, you'll make a grilled Thai pineapple salad, marinated chicken kebabs and roasted garlic potatoes. While you grill, you'll mix up some refreshing frosty peach shots. To wrap up this class you'll prepare s'mores banana boats, a fun take on a backyard classic. 


Grilled Thai Pineapple Salad

With Thai peppers, bell peppers, green onions, shallots, peanuts, cilantro and lime

Frosty Peach Shots

With local peaches, apple cider, peach juice and fresh ginger

Marinated Chicken and Vegetable Kebabs

With red onion, bell peppers, zucchini, lemon, fresh herbs and roasted garlic potatoes

With marshmallows, dark chocolate and toasted graham crackers
