Cooking Class: Artisan Italian Pizza From Scratch
Learn artisanal Italian pizza making from the experienced Chef Logan in this hands-on cooking class. As you cook together, you'll learn about the origins of pizza and the different styles of pizza. Class begins with a fresh caprese salad of butter lettuce, creamy mozzarella and balsamic reduction. Then it's time to make pizza: you'll learn about the dough making process, how to make two kinds of sauces and prepare your toppings. Finally, you'll shape, top and bake your pizzas. Pizzas include a savory pizza with vegetable and meat topping options and a cinnamon bun pizza for dessert.

Loved it! I'm slow when first making a recipe, class was fast paced so come ready to work! Loved what chef taught us! Plus the food was amazing too! Definitely helped me up my cooking!

Chef Logan's background spans a diverse array of cuisines, although his specialty is Italian food. He prides himself on his homemade pizza, which he loves to share with his students.
