Cooking Class: Sushi Making With a Sushi Chef

Learn to make Japanese-inspired favorites in this interactive cooking class with Chef Paul. You'll get to practice knife skills, master the art of tempura and roll beautiful sushi rolls alongside a professional sushi chef.


To start this class, you'll create lightly-friend tofu bits to be served with a divine tempura sauce. Then, you'll learn how to roll a number of classic sushi rolls, including a spicy salmon roll and a crunch roll complete with perfectly crisp tempura shrimp. You'll wrap things up with Korean street food inspired rice cakes with savory sausage and hot sauce, followed by a sweet treat in the form of a "sushi roll" made with mango sticky rice.

Chef Paul is a very talented sushi chef and restaurant owner. Sushi is something I really enjoy. Chef Paul showed me how to make a sashimi dish. I love learning about dishes I love and how to recreate them at home. If you are a sushi lover too I recommend Chef Paul!
