Cooking Class: Rice, Slice and Roll: Sushi 101

If you've never made your own sushi but have always dreamed about it, this in-person cooking class with Chef Paul is the perfect introduction! Practice your knife skills and put your budding culinary skills to great use as you learn to rice, slice and roll for yourself. 


Get your sushi chef apprenticeship underway with a trio of classic sushi selections, including a spicy California roll, a creamy Philadelphia roll and a savory double crab roll. For dessert, whip up a traditional Korean pancake topped with homemade ice cream for a real treat to wrap up this tasty lesson.

Spicy California Roll

With avocado, cucumber, crabmeat, jalapeño, sesame seeds and spicy mayonnaise


Philadelphia Roll

With avocado, cucumber, crabmeat, shrimp tempura, smoked salmon, cream cheese, sesame seeds and mango mayonnaise


Double Crab Roll

With avocado, cucumber, crabmeat, grilled crabmeat, sesame seeds, unagi sauce and spicy mayonnaise


Korean Pancake With Ice Cream

With flour, sugar and Korean syrup
