Cooking Class: Rice, Slice and Roll: Sushi 101

If you've never made your own sushi but have always dreamed about it, this in-person cooking class with Chef Paul is the perfect introduction! Practice your knife skills and put your budding culinary skills to great use as you learn to rice, slice and roll for yourself. 


Get your sushi chef apprenticeship underway with a trio of classic sushi selections, including a spicy California roll, a creamy Philadelphia roll and a savory double crab roll. For dessert, whip up a traditional Korean pancake topped with homemade ice cream for a real treat to wrap up this tasty lesson.

Double Crab Roll

With avocado, cucumber, crabmeat, grilled crabmeat, sesame seeds, unagi sauce and spicy mayonnaise

Chef Paul is a very talented sushi chef and restaurant owner. Sushi is something I really enjoy. Chef Paul showed me how to make a sashimi dish. I love learning about dishes I love and how to recreate them at home. If you are a sushi lover too I recommend Chef Paul!
