I had a great time learning how to make fresh pasta. Due to a scheduling conflict, we were a bit pressed for time. However Chef Giselle still managed to have the class be completed and on time. Though a little rushed it was a good time. I would go back and do a different class.

Interactive and fun easygoing atmosphere! The pacing was good for a beginner as well!
