Begin with a monk salad filled with eggplant, peppers and pomegranate, before creating traditional rakakat, a crispy cheese roll served with honey and grapes. Then, prepare a pan-seared halloumi dish loaded with vegetables and fresh herbs. And for dessert, a classic baklava made from scratch!

Our experience with Vinu was INCREDIBLE! We had a fantastic time and enjoyed every moment! Vinu is so knowledgeable and patient and the food was delicious! Would recommend to anyone!!!!!

With roles as line chef, event sales specialist and service associate, Chef Vinutha has created an eclectic career in the culinary industry. She holds a special passion for pairing food and wine and loves creating Indian, Italian, Thai and Lebanese dishes for her friends and family to enjoy. When she isn't teaching, Chef Vinutha is busy creating her own catering company and broadcasting videos celebrating the cuisine of South India on her YouTube channel.
