You'll pair your handcrafted pasta with a rich and creamy Alfredo sauce made with butter, cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic and parsley. Chef Bige will be with you every step of the way, demonstrating and explaining everything in detail to give you the confidence and skill to recreate this dish at home. It was fun...and I think I learned something, however the only suggestion I have is I would have liked the chef to be at the front of the class so we can watch her do it and we could work along side

Chef Bige was very informative and gave us pointers which we can apply to our kitchen talents. Learning the ins and outs of pasta making sure makes one appreciate a lovely pasta dish, made by someone else!

Chef Bige is an exceptional cook with over 30 years of experience in the culinary arts. Her passion for creating outstanding dishes and pastries is evident in her work. She specializes in healthy cooking, gluten-free options, keto and organic certified vegan beverages. Bige graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2015 with a focus on patisserie and food sciences. She enjoys sharing her joy for healthy and creative cooking with her community.
