Join Chef Vinutha to make luxury sushi rolls from scratch in this cooking class!
Begin the class by whipping up tempura batter with eggs and flour. Then, coat seasonal vegetables, like eggplants, mushrooms and carrots, in the batter to make crispy vegetable tempura. Next, you'll make three different styles of sushi, using ingredients like shrimp, cucumber, avocado and carrots. Plus, learn the technique to roll up ebi, tamago and futomaki sushi rolls. Simmer a traditional miso soup filled with tofu, nori, kelp and mushrooms. For dessert, craft a decadent mochi with sugar, mirin and sesame seeds. Book this cooking class today!

Ebi (2 pieces per person)
Tamago (2 pieces per person)
Futomaki (1 roll per person)

Chef Vinutha was organized, prepared, informative and lovely. We had a great time and learned more than a few handy tips. Food was delicious and will now will trying to make pasta at home!
