Cooking Class: Sushi Making With Chef Diana
Learn how to roll your own sushi in this interactive cooking class with Chef Diana.
You’ll start by preparing sushi rice, then learn how to roll sushi so it holds its shape and looks neat. You'll also practice a few classic styles, including nigiri, maki and uramaki (inside-out rolls). Using fresh ingredients like salmon, shrimp, crab sticks, avocado, cucumber and mango, you’ll build colorful rolls while learning how different flavors and textures work together. As you prepare your rolls, you’ll pick up simple tips for assembling and finishing your sushi with sesame seeds, microgreens, soy sauce and wasabi. Book your spot now!
