You’ll kick things off with Hong Kong–style fire wings, fried to a crisp and tossed in a glossy chili-soy glaze. Then shift to sweet, aromatic Macau honey wings for a completely different flavor experience. On the side, prepare warm Korean steamed rice, a crunchy corn-and-cabbage slaw and tender sautéed potatoes seasoned to perfection. Finish on a sweet note with chewy, refreshing mochi ice cream.
