Cooking Class: Hong Kong, Macau & Korean Cooking
Cook fusion wings, Korean sides and mochi ice cream in this beginner-friendly Asian cooking class!
Explore a blend of Asian flavors in this hands-on fusion cooking class inspired by Hong Kong, Macau and Korean cuisine. You’ll kick things off with Hong Kong–style fire wings, fried to a crisp and tossed in a glossy chili-soy glaze. Then shift to sweet, aromatic Macau honey wings for a completely different flavor experience. On the side, prepare warm Korean steamed rice, a crunchy corn-and-cabbage slaw and tender sautéed potatoes seasoned to perfection. Finish on a sweet note with chewy, refreshing mochi ice cream. Perfect for beginners and curious home cooks, this class offers a fun way to learn new techniques and bring exciting Asian dishes to your next gathering.
