Toronto Cooking Class: Brunch Favorites Elevated
Craft four decadent dishes for your next weekend brunch in this cooking class with Chef Karen.
The class begins with a mix of fresh herbs to add to a fresh frittata finished with cheese and cooked until golden brown. Next, whip up a simple batter with buttermilk and flour to make either fluffy blueberry pancakes or a crêpe topped with fresh berries. Plus, learn the technique to flip a pancake or crêpe perfectly for a golden brown finish. Then, layer freshly cooked egg and bacon on fresh bread to make an easy breakfast sandwich. End the meal by practicing knife skills to slice and dice seasonal fruit for a sweet fruit salad side. Book this cooking class today!

Chef Karen was an incredible teacher. The class was inviting and I was encouraged to get out of my comfort zone with flavours, techniques, and foods. Would strongly recommend this class and Chef Karen as an instructor for all levels of home cooks.
