Toronto Cooking Class: Italian Classics Made Modern

Cook Italian favorites from scratch in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Giselle.


You’ll start with a simple Caprese salad made with tomatoes, basil and mozzarella, finished with balsamic glaze and pistachio crumbs. Then you’ll prepare beef ravioli from scratch, mixing and rolling the dough before filling and sealing each piece. While the pasta cooks, you’ll simmer fresh tomatoes into a marinara sauce to serve on top. For dessert, you’ll make zabaglione, a whipped Italian cream dessert flavored with wine and layered with cookies and fresh berries. Book your spot now!
