Your voyage of discovery begins with a lesson in tuna poke prepared Italian style before moving onward to homemade spaghetti and lobster. Then, you’ll make a masterful salmon ravioli served with shrimp scampi and a decadent millefoglie pastry crated with fresh strawberries — a sweet dessert staple of special occasions throughout Tuscany.

Chef Antonio was great teacher and provided a delicious menu! He had so many great stories of his experience as a chef and was so knowledgeable. We had the most fun making the homemade pasta and watching Chef Antonio getting creative with plating our food.
