You’ll create a zucchini blossom antipasto of crispy layered tempura, a tomato tartare brimming with burrata cheese, and a classic lasagna Bolognese that imparts a flavor perfected through generations in every bite. And for dessert, you’ll construct a classic tiramisu with rich mascarpone and delicate ladyfingers.
Chef Antonio was great teacher and provided a delicious menu! He had so many great stories of his experience as a chef and was so knowledgeable. We had the most fun making the homemade pasta and watching Chef Antonio getting creative with plating our food.
