Cooking Class: Southeast Asian Cuisine
Join Chef Greg as he shares years of culinary experience in this Southeast Asian cooking class. Using a trio of authentic recipes, you'll begin with a green papaya salad topped with lime, toasted peanuts and cherry tomatoes. Next up is a savory beef brisket pho prepared with black soy sauce, ginger, coriander and rice noodles. For dessert, you'll create a creamy ginger lime panna cotta with mint oil, vanilla paste and Alphonso mangoes.

Our experience with Chef Greg was fantastic! We had a great time learning new techniques and trying out ingredients we’ve never used before.
