 Chef Dominique is ready to guide your discovery of the power of vegan cuisine!

In this hands-on class, you’ll prepare a delicious, well-balanced array of vegan specialties to energize you and awaken you to the possibilities of plant-based cuisine. You’ll begin with cucumbers and dill-infused herbed cashew cheese, followed by dates stuffed with walnut and mint. Then, you'll whip up a creamy tomato soup served with avocado, and a walnut taco salad featuring romaine and sundried tomatoes. And for dessert, you'll create vegan brownies made with dates and cacao powder...even healthy eating allows a little indulgence!
