Chef Greg shared his knowledge, his background and the time went too fast. All the ingredients were already divided into packages so we mixed these ingredients together to make the meal. Per the website, it states this is a BBQ menu with five killer recipes and Chef Greg will pass on his coveted five-star recipes to you. But we never received the recipes. During the prep, Chef Greg stated he would send these recipes so I didn't have to write anything down. Without the recipes, this was an event with someone coming to your house, you prepare the meal and then have you the meal while having a dinner conversation with Chef Greg. Overall, this was a Fantastic Experience, it was definitely entertaining, however you can't call this a cooking class, since the meal can't be repeated on your own, therefore, 3 star

Chef Greg was fantastic! He was friendly and patient and made this whole process easy to learn! We made several sushi rolls, and will take a shot at making more at home soon.

The space was to small for all of our stuff to fit, the ingredients were not fresh, and the chef was kinda mean. We had fun getting to know the other people at our table.
