Cooking Class: Mexican Fare Goes Vegan

Your favorite Mexican dishes are easily modified to create a satisfying and flavorful vegan menu!


In this hands-on class with Chef Dominique, you’ll discover how the fundamental ingredients of beans, peppers and fresh vegetables that already feature in traditional recipes can be adapted to meat-free eating. You’ll create a spicy tortilla soup that’s packed with flavor, and a chickpea version of traditional mole, the official dish of Oaxhaca. And because chocolate is a must-have, your evening closes with a healthful chocolate chia pudding made with maple syrup, cacao powder and strawberries.
