A time-honored staple of Mediterranean cooking, savory garlic takes center stage in this hands-on Italian cooking experience with Chef Dominique! You’ll begin your aromatic lesson by crafting a roasted asparagus soup with garlic and lemon – three ingredients that always team up nicely. Then, it’s tagliolini pasta made from scratch, and a classic sauce of tomatoes, basil and garlic to serve with it. And for dessert, pecan wedding cookies, a perfectly delicate palate cleanser just sweet enough to round out the menu.
