Cooking Class: Egg-Free Pasta Workshop

Egg-free pasta is a vegan alternative to traditional pasta dough, and in this interactive hands-on cooking class Chef Jenn will teach you to master the recipe for eggless pasta. First you'll learn to make and shape pappardelle pasta from scratch. Then you'll create a zesty lemon and herb pasta with simple but impactful ingredients. You'll also make spinach pasta and top it with freshly made marinara sauce. For dessert, you'll prepare a classic zabaglione made from scratch using lady fingers, marsala wine and fresh berries.

Spinach Pasta

Homemade Marinara

With San Marzano tomatoes, garlic, shallots and olive oil

Chef Jenn is AWESOME! She is extremely knowledgeable and fun. She moves around the kitchen with such finesse and is an awesome guide. She is full of energy and great recipes! She is also very accommodating of food allergies or dietary restrictions. Highly recommend taking this class with Chef Jenn!
