Join Chef Ivan on a culinary journey to France in this hands-on cooking class. With extensive training in French gastronomy, Chef Ivan will share his experience and knowledge to teach you the art of French cuisine. You'll learn traditional French cooking techniques as Chef Ivan teaches you how to prepare modernized versions of four classic French dishes.
You'll start by learning to make the perfect cozy French onion soup. You'll also learn to make a deliciously crunchy and cheesy variation of classic chicken cordon bleu. Whip up some decadent potatoes au gratin before wrapping up this meal with a divine chocolate dessert. By the end, you'll have experienced the techniques and delicious flavors that make French cuisine so incredibly irresistible.

Chef Stefano was amazing! Was a great activity - where you’re learning to make homemade pasta and creating authentic recipes in a relaxed and totally enjoyable atmosphere! Highly recommend for family, friends and couples.

Meet your chef
Chef Ivan began attending culinary school at the tender age of 14. His adventures in the world of food preparation took him through Europe and eventually brought him to New York, where he manages a catering company and volunteers teaching children's cooking classes. With a focus on sushi, Italian and French cuisines, Chef Ivan is always excited to share novel kitchen techniques with his guests and students.
