Join Chef Gilzel and learn how to master the art of delicate, hand-crafted sushi rolls. Each roll is designed to stand out from the rest, featuring classic ingredients cut in specific ways. First, you'll start with a simple yet classic nigiri and sashimi roll before moving on to a more iconic maki roll with tuna, salmon, sea bass, avocado and cucumber. You'll also learn how to prepare an aesthetically pleasing chirashi bowl perfect for those Instagram shots. End class with crisp, pan-seared sea bass.

Chef Lee was a great teacher for the Sushi class for Beginners. She was patient, friendly, and very encouraging. My husband and I had a great experience taking her class. The sushi and desert were delicious, and we had plenty of sushi after her class that we enjoyed later in the day. We can’t wait to become Sushi CHEFs! Love, the Norments
