Discover how Korean cooking emphasizes bold flavors through pickling, fermentation and thoughtful marinades. Begin by crafting delicate Korean mandu dumplings with a house-made wrapper, pork and a tangy dipping sauce. Then, prepare stone bowl kimchi fried rice topped with Spam and a fried egg. You’ll also create a selection of classic banchan side dishes, which may include sesame soy-braised potatoes, potato salad and kimchi pickles. End the class with bulgogi-marinated chicken thighs served as ssam, crisp and flavorful Korean lettuce wraps.

We had a good time with Christopher. He showed us everything first then let us do the work from there. There was enough food for four people. This class is in his home just as an FYI that was a new experience for us. But turned out great because he has two amazing dachshunds.

Chef Chris is great! My daughter and I had the best time learning how to create the menu items and the food was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend 10/10

Chef Chris was incredibly accommodating of our gluten-free request including reworking recipes for us. The food was phenomenal (best chicken wings ever!) and fun to cook. His puppies were sweet and excellent supervisors. Would absolutely take another class!

He has an associate degree in culinary arts and a bachelor's degree in food service management. He began his professional career working under a James Beard-nominated chef at his flagship restaurant in Miami. During this time, Chef Chris gained the finesse and expertise to take command as a true culinary leader.Â
