Cooking Class: Authentic Mexican Street Tacos

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kayla, you will learn the basics of preparing traditional Mexican street food as you learn how to handcraft five dishes that shine a spotlight on fresh, authentic ingredients and smart cooking techniques. 

Chef Kayla will begin by teaching you how to prepare elote with smoked paprika, lime and Cotija cheese. Then, you'll prepare short rib birria street tacos with chipotle black beans and tangy cilantro lime rice. Lastly, you'll finish up with a sweet and creamy tres leches cake for dessert.

Kayla was professional, creative, and a great host! She had small games for us to play throughout dinner and great conversation. Everything was delicious and the space was very clean. We are so excited to use all of the new cooking tips we learned!
