Chef Kelly's class will teach you all the intricacies of classic recipes you'll want to make again and again. Using the highest quality organic ingredients, you'll master crispy arancini rice balls served with basil pesto, pine nuts and Parmesan. From there, move on to the main course of delicate arborio rice risotto prepared with carrots, onions, fontina cheese and dry white wine. For dessert, take on a timeless Italian classic: tiramisu with mascarpone ladyfingers, cream, cocoa powder and coffee.
