What a great class! My partner and I went for a date night and it did not disappoint. Chef Luana’s class was the perfect mix of learning to make a dish and having the “hard parts” done for us (making up the appetizer, cooking the pasta, etc.) although this was done in a sort of demo style. Who knew gnocchis were such hard work! We brought some leftovers home and look forward to enjoying them in the future. The dishes were beautifully displayed and tasted delicious. She was mindful of dietary restrictions and offered great alternatives so everyone could enjoy their meal without having to make a sacrifice. I highly recommend this personal class, it was quite the memorable evening.

Chef Luana was amazing! Not only is she an incredible cook and teacher, but she was such a delight and her personality makes the experience even better. This was truly an authentic adventure and the food was so good. My wife and I will definitely be back for more classes!

Chef Luana was an absolute joy and I learned so much from her class. I had been trying to make pasta on my own with very poor results. Chef Luana is unpretentious and down to earth and explains the process and nuances for making pasta and associated sauces very clearly so that a novice cook can understand them and put them to practice. The three of us in the Saturday afternoon class - a married couple and me as a single - made a simple tomato sauce, spaghetti and fettucine. Our lunch and dessert were wonderful - I wished I could have stayed there all day! She has a very charming apartment and has many stories to tell of her family in Italy and here in the US. Chef Luana can customize classes around any aspect of Italian cooking - I will be back!

My girlfriend and I had an incredible time in Chef Luana’s gnocchi-making class! The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions, and she went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a wonderful experience. Luana was extremely patient and took the time to explain every step thoroughly. She even treated us to a couple of delightful extras. We highly recommend her class to anyone looking for a fun and tasty culinary experience!

We have such a lovely class today. Took the gnocchi class and made the gnocchi from scratch, enjoyed delicious bruschetta and then 2 amazing sauces for the gnocchi! Chef Luana is a so passionate and we learned a lot. We felt very welcome and the conversation was amazing. She had great reviews on class pop but over 500 on cozymeal( sister site) We’re planning to return to take the sauce class and then pasta!! Thank you Chef Luana! Carrie and Jer

I highly recommend taking Chef Luana’s classes. She’s very informative and passionate about her dishes. Her teaching methods are very hands on, which is very helpful when you’re making a dish for the very first time. She uses a number of different platforms with over 540 reviews in totality so don’t be misguided with only the handful of reviews she has on classpop.

I recently had the pleasure of attending Chef Luana’s pasta making class, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Chef Luana was an AMAZING host and chef/teacher! The overall experience was 10/10 (really cool to learn from someone who learned these pasta techniques from her grandma in Italy) and the food was 10/10 delicious! You can really tell how passionate Chef Luana is about cooking and it was nice of her to invite us into her home. I would go back to one of Chef Luana’s classes!

Wonderful time with Chef Luana ! Took my boyfriend for his birthday and she had a happy birthday sign up when we arrived. Easy to follow, it is nice and intimate , plus she portioned enough for us to have some pasta to eat for the future ! She also made some focaccia and some tiramisu at the end . Awesome experience .

Learning from Chef Luana was such a fun experience! She's a master of her craft and is passionate about her recipes. And yes, the pizza was AMAZING! This was definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience (only because I live across the country) that I will never forget. I hope I can return to learn more from Chef Luana someday!

Omg this was a great class! We enjoyed the cooking experience. Chef Luana was patient, kind, professional and authentic! She is one of a kind and so is her husband who is there to assist as well. Thank you so much Luana! We will be using our newly taught Italian skills at home and we’ll be catering from you soon! My husband and I went for our 8 year wedding anniversary and it was such a unique and unforgettable experience. We will be definitely recommending it to family and friends. One tip I will give is bring your wine and comfortable shoes and clothes to wear. I wore heals and it was great but I wasn’t the most comfortable! But that’s a personal problem. Look cute if it’s a date but be comfortable ;) THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!! So come with an appetite for dinner, desert and leftover pasta and raw pasta to cook at home!!! You definitely get your moneys worth! Again, thank you Luana and your Husband for such a beautiful experience! Sending you lots of love and appreciation for such a great date :)

We had an incredible experience learning to make spinach and cheese ravioli with Chef Luana in her home. The class was not only informative but also so much fun! Had a great experience during our classpop "Empower the Mind" Italian Classics class with Chef Luana! She went above and beyond in more than a few ways...she called before the class to make the ingredient list more fit to our preferences, put out a "happy bday" sign/ baked a choco cake for my boyfriend's birthday (without me asking) and was all in all, a wonderful presence to be around! Will definitely be back for more tips and treats w her :)

Such an amazing time and class! I did a gnocchi cooking class with Chef Luana and brought my work team. We had the best time. She was so attentive and spent a lot of time showing us proper technique. Top tier experience! Luana was very attentive, very hands on, lots of hospitality, and most importantly… delicious food! After she gave step-by-step instructions on how to make spaghetti and fettuccine, she served us as if we were in a high class restaurant. It was so cozy. She’s My aunt now lol.

Chef Luana provided us such a great experience! It was my first time going to a cooking class and I have no cooking experience at all. She was very patient and even showed us how pasta was made in Italy before the advent of modern tools. She served us homemade Bruschetta for appetizer (so good!) The rest of the menu is: Spaghetti ragu Fettuccine mushroom and sausage Fruit salad for dessert Chef Luana took care of us and we had an amazing dinner experience. I would definitely recommend!

Chef Luana was a delight!! From beginning to end, we were eating delicious food with many ingredients imported straight from Italy. My girlfriend and I took Chef Luana’s homemade pasta cooking class, and it was excellent! When we first got there she provided us with some Amazing appetizers before we started cooking. She makes some amazing bread too! We learned how to make two kinds of pasta and both were great! We had a lot of fun with Chef Luana, and I would highly recommend this class to anyone. That was the most authentic Italian food I’ve ever had outside Italy!
