With years of experience behind their apron, Chef Seyhan will guide you step by step as you assemble a trifecta of Italian staples. First, you will use farm fresh produce to make two refreshing starters of your choice. Next, you will prepare either gnocchi from scratch or a scallop risotto. Finally, drizzle a poached pear with caramel sauce.
