Cooking Class: Cooking Signature Greek Cuisine
Discover authentic Greek gastronomy during this hands-on cooking class. Chef Alex will guide you to discover new flavors with five traditional dishes accentuating what Greece's cuisine is all about.
First, you'll create an authentic Greek salad with feta cheese and vegetables. You'll also cook a tasty chicken souvlaki with authentic tzatziki sauce and crunchy falafel bites. You'll discover how to make the perfect homemade hummus and grilled flatbread and, to make this experience even more unforgettable, you'll finish off with a creamy rice pudding bursting with cinnamon flavors.

Chef Alex showed me how to make an Asian breakfast dish using rice, eggs, soy sauce and a few other ingredients. I think I will now incorporate rice into my breakfast dish line up! This turned out really yummy.
