During this class, you'll have traditional Moroccan cooking equipment and practice time-honored recipes to make each dish. You'll start by making a fluffy naan with vegan yogurt, flour and oil baked until golden brown. Next, chop onions and carrots, mix with chickpeas and season it with vibrant spices to make a delicious tagine. Drizzle lemon juice, olive oil and fresh herbs over sliced tomatoes and cucumbers for a refreshing salad. Amazing experience! A great at home date night. We actually learned about the process and history; we will be making at home sushi rolls in the future! Chef Tiff is a highly experienced chef you are learning from the best!
