Cooking Class: Italian Cuisine for Junior Cooks

If your young gourmets have been hoping to help out in the kitchen, this pasta-based kids cooking class is just the thing to get them started. They'll work with Chef Dominique to learn simple techniques for transforming fresh ingredients into Italian favorites. 


Their lesson includes handmade pizza bombs, fresh gnocchi made from either sweet or regular potato dough, and a garlic and sage butter sauce to top it. They'll also bake sprinkle-studded wedding cookies, a classic Italian dessert! This course is ideal for aspiring chefs ages 8 - 15. At least one adult must be in attendance for every group, and adults are required to purchase admission in addition to their children. 


Adults can purchase a grazing board to snack on for an extra $15 fee per person.
